VB-SemiAir is an auxiliary air suspension system (air assist) that works alongside the original vehicle suspension.

How does the SemiAir Comfort System work?

Air springs are fitted between the vehicle leaf spring and chassis which enables the suspension to be adjusted (within specific limits). The air springs are under pressure and the systems offers additional support. The system can be adjusted with the on-board compressor via the control panel, with dual switches and gauges.

What are the benefits?

It is designed to restore a level ride height to your vehicle and improves weight distribution between the front and rear axles and ground clearance at the rear. It also prevents your vehicle body, equipment and load against damage.

This system is vehicle specific for easy installation.

key difference between

Base or Comfort kit

Both VB-SemiAir Base and Comfort System are supplied as a two-chamber system allowing the left and right to be adjusted separately. The only difference is the system used to control them:

VB-SemiAir Comfort System allows for adjustments to be made from the comfort of a vehicle's cab. A fully fitted control panel is installed so the user can easily manage each side of the system.

VB-SemiAir Base System needs to be pressurised yourself using an external air supply e.g. tyre inflater.

Travelling light or loaded up?

The VB-SemiAir Suspension has your ute, motorhome or campervan covered allowing you to create more spring travel, improved stability and driveability. Worry less about your load.
