At VB-Airsuspension, our mission is clear: “We create the next level in vehicle dynamics.”
With over 30 years of experience, we are a leading authority in the design, development, and supply of (air) suspension systems for light to medium-duty commercial vehicles — those with a gross vehicle weight between 1,750 kg and 7,500 kg. This means we don’t cater to passenger cars or heavy trucks, but everything in between.
Our systems are trusted across a wide range of applications, including emergency services (such as ambulances), motorhomes, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles. All development, testing, and sales originate from our headquarters and Innovation & Technology Centre in Varsseveld, the Netherlands. Meanwhile, our Logistics Centre manages production, purchasing, and quality assurance.
VB-Airsuspension Australia Pty. is proud to be the ninth subsidiary of the VB-Airsuspension Group.
VB-Airsuspension has had a strong presence in the Australian market for over 20 years, particularly in the Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) sector. To further strengthen our presence and meet growing demand across multiple sectors, we established our own dedicated subsidiary in Australia.
Since 1 July 2023, VB-Airsuspension Australia has been officially serving the markets of Australia and New Zealand, with promising results. Leading this effort is General Manager Craig McCallum, an experienced automotive professional who saw the potential in expanding beyond the WAV segment. There is already rising demand for our solutions in the motorhome and emergency services markets across the country.
Craig has also built strong partnerships, including with one of Australia’s largest air suspension specialists, enabling us to service even the most remote regions of the country. Given the vast distances and the sheer number of commercial vehicles on the road, Australia represents a unique and exciting opportunity to bring ‘the next level in vehicle dynamics’ to even more customers.

With decades of hands on experience across motorsport, Automotive retail, and specialised vehicle solutions, Craig has carved a unique path through the automotive and RV industries. From the racetrack to the showroom floor, his career reflects a deep passion for performance, precision, and people.After running his own automotive business, Craig turned his focus to wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs), driven by a commitment to enhancing mobility. That dedication led him to VB Airsuspension, where he champions cutting edge suspension technology that transforms ride quality for WAVs, RVs, and ambulances

Dean joined VB Airsuspension Australia in November 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in the automotive and hardware industries. Starting as a 12V auto accessory installer, he expanded into sales, R&D, and product management, developing innovative in car technology such as dash cams, reverse cameras, and plug and play steering wheel control harnesses.Most recently, he served as Chief Product Officer at a company specialising in aluminium trays, canopies, and toolboxes for dual cab utes. Now at VB Airsuspension, Dean is focused on growing the brand across Australia and connecting with customers nationwide.
