SemiAir is an auxiliary air suspension system (air assist) that works alongside the original vehicle suspension. Air springs are fitted between the vehicle leaf spring and chassis and enable the suspension to be adjusted (within specific limits). The air spring pressure, and therefore additional support offered, can be adjusted manually.

It is designed to restore a level ride height to your vehicle and improves weight distribution between the front and rear axles and ground clearance at the rear.

VB-SemiAir Digital

VB-SemiAir offers variable rate suspension through adjustment of the air pressure, enabling you to achieve a level ride height (within the limitations of the leaf spring) and maintain suspension travel.

The system is dual-chambered, allowing the left and right air springs to be adjusted separately to manage uneven load distribution.
